A plan is only as effective as it is communicated, supported and implemented. We assist clients to put the plan into action. Our assistance includes services such as training, facilitating, coaching, negotiation, and problem solving . In addition, our clients have asked us to be physically part of the solution which has included; being a member of their team during a critical negotiation or meeting; taking a leadership role in our client’s business during a search process; stepping in to problem-solve a long-standing employee dispute; ‘matchmaking’ key people and organizations. We have run businesses ourselves and understand how to implement our recommendations. |
